WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Returns may be accepted within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in unused, resalable condition with all original packaging intact and price tags attached with the original invoice.

 

Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the return merchandise and will be given in the original form of payment, excluding the original shipping costs.

We have plenty of ways to pay for your goodies don't worry. We have recently linked up with Klarna and Apple Pay for a fast and seamless shopping experience.

DO YOU SELL GIFT CARDS?

The short answer is Yes!

You will be pleased to know that we now sell digital gift cards. Simply head over to the Gift Card page, select the amount you want to buy. Yes, it's that easy. If your buying for a friend or loved one, simply add their email and it will be sent directly to them with the option of adding a personalised message alongside. 

WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Here at Pro Palm, we take delivery very seriously. We offer a selection of delivery options. these range from standard Royal Mail shipping to using couriers like DPD and EVRI to deliver our parcels to your door.

 

Every order will have a tracking number so you can keep an eye on when to expect your parcels.
